PuttingUsOnTheMap project

‘This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. This publication reflects the views only of the author, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.’
This project will put our schools scattered over Europe on the map by focussing on the fact that a school is imbedded in a local community. And it is by interviewing people from that community (local businessmen, restaurant holders, famous people, HR managers, priests or vicars, politicians, farmers, hospital staff etc.), translating the interviews into English and publishing the results on our Comenius website that we will be able to learn about our partners' communities. Through the forum and the chatroom on our website we will exchange information and ask questions about life in and around our partner schools. Students will get the opportunity to tell other students what would make a trip to their school and their local community worthwhile. In that respect we will also organise student and teacher exchanges amongst all partner schools.
